Cradle to the Grave
Cradle to the grave will allow resellers and customers to get a high level overview of a phone
call. This feature will clearly list who transferred a call and where it was transferred to, answering rules that were triggered during a call, and more.This feature will be very useful for call center supervisors, who often need to know what happened to a call and why.
Cradle to the Grave
The screenshots to the left show a call that involves a
call park. The cradle-to-the-grave feature clearly
shows that the call was:
1. Transferred by extension 325.
2. (next slide) Sent to park 1.
3. Retrieved by extension 325, which has a sim
ring enabled.
4. The call was ended by an external user.
