When enabling call recording on a user, the recording will be stored for 30 days. If you would like to store the call for longer than 30days you will need to purchase your own AWS S3 storage. The recording will be sent to your S3 bucket after 3 days, where you can store them as long as the customer wants. Reach out to your account manager if you are interested in setting up your own S3 bucket.
