How to add Music on Hold
From the domain portal to edit the Music On Hold, Click the ‘Music On Hold’ button.
Next, Select the add music button in the top right.
Press the browse button and upload the music on hold file. Note: This will override the default music for the domain.

By clicking the "Settings" button next to add music, you will be able to further configure
From this option you are able to randomize music on hold if you upload multiple files, or set an introductory greeting such as "Thanks for calling, we appreciate your patience"
Adding custom music on hold to specific users/queues
Under the search tab at the top left, you are able to search for and customize hold music for specific users and queues by searching for and selecting the extension number
Here you can add custom music on hold that only plays for that specific user or queue.
