Parking and Retrieving Calls

 

In V42 webphone users will be able to see the

status of calls parks and park/retrieve calls in the

webphone. Previously users would have to

transfer to the park extension or dial the park

extension to retrieve a call. V42 has added a clear

and easy to use interface in the webphone for

parking calls.

Logging in/out of Queue

 

 

Webphone users are now able to log in or out of

call queues in the call center tab of the

webphone. Under my queues, agents will be able

to update their status in each queue individually,

see the number of callers waiting in the queue,

and see the number of agents assigned to the

queue. See the gif on the left for an example.

 

Queue Details

 

 

Clicking on the call queue will list the individual

calls that are waiting in the queue, and status of

the agents assigned to the queue.
