PORTAL_ALLOW_WEB_WEBPHONE - add or remove the webphone
PORTAL_ATTENDANT_CONSOLE - add or remove the attendant console from the portal
PORTAL_ALLOW_AUDIO_MONITOR - add/remove the ability to whisper/barge into call
through the portal
PORTAL_MENU_SHOW_INVENTORY - add/remove the inventory tab in the portal
PORTAL_CALL_HISTORY_SHOW_QOS - add/remove the mos scores, green 4.5’s, from the
call history tab
