Resellers with a .suffix being used need to do the following in order to enabled a user for MobileConnect. You will also need to reach out to support to get this enabled on the back end.
Login to the NMS and navigate to the domain and user in question:
The Login Name after the @ needs to match the Domain as shown below.
You can also make the change in the portal but same as above needs to match the domain name and include the post fix that is added to the domain.
